“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong.” - John F. Kennedy

This means it is important to be healthy from your body and mind. For example, being healthy from your mind means having enthusiasm to do certain things like playing sports, reading or doing your homework. Skill and intelligence only function at the peak of our capacity. When you’re sick it’s always hard for the mind to function because of the lack of energy. That is an example of not having a healthy mind. There are many different ways to stay physically fit. You can maybe play some sports for at least 45 minutes, go for a jog, or go to the park. Keeping your mind and body health is very important because it allows you to do many different activities with enthusiasm. It keeps you hard working. It allows you to function correctly. This is very important because you wouldn’t want to be sick and do nothing.
