The 3 Questions:
  1. Can people trust me to do what’s right?
  2. Am I committed to doing my very best?
  3. Do I treat people the way I want to be treated?
“If the answer to these questions are YES, there is no way you can fail.” - Lou Holtz

These 3 questions are Lou Holtz’s 3 rules. There is no way you can fail when answering yes to all of these questions. Rule number one is people have to trust you. Do what’s right and you will gain trust from others. If you do the wrong others wouldn’t be able to trust you. Rule number 2, try your very best. Don’t be a person who would slack off and be lazy. You have to work hard to succeed, to get what you want. You have to be committed to do your best. Last but not least, treat people the way you want to be treated. If you’re rude to someone that person isn’t going to treat you with respect. Treat them with respect and you will receive a great attitude. Being successful means being a CTR person. Be respectful to others.
